[Rwp] Reaper on the Mac basics

Hi 

I have Reaper installed, with SWS and OSARA on my Mac. Are there any basic things I should do, tips or tricks, etc, that those of you have found. I’ve started mapping a few keys that make a bit more sense to me as well, but wondering if anyone has a recommended key map for use with the full Mac keyboard? For example, I couldn’t work out, even with F4, what the keystrokes were to start and end a time selection, so these are now mapped to F17 & F18, with Command+F16 through Command+F19 mapped to nudge the edges of the selection. 

Anyway, sorry for the non specific nature of the question, just looking for any recommendations.
