[Rwp] Limiter on ReaXcompFrom Autery

[Patrick Perdue]

I use it on pretty much everything that needs a limiter.
Music, spoken word, whatever. The defaults are actually almost optimal. 
Just a bit of tweakage is needed to make it slightly cooler.
