[Rwp] Limiter on ReaXcompFrom Autery

I am a fan of w1 limiter, found here:
http://www.yohng.com/software/w1limit.html

It's basically a clone of Waves L1, but free and portable.

Definitely better than any of the built-in JS stuff.
