[Rwp] Limiter on ReaXcompFrom Autery

So far as I know, there's not a limiter built in to that plugin.
However, Reaper comes with a few stock options for limiting among the
JS plugins. Try searching for soft clipper once you've hit F to add an
effect to get you started.
