[Rwp] sliders in EQ not working

It depends whether you have a portable version or not. If you have a 
full install, in the Reaper submenu of the programs menu there is a 
restore factory defaults option. Do that, uninstall and reinstall. See 
if that helps. No-one else I know who is using 5.21 has a problem.
