[Rwp] using ReaVocode from Autery

The difference between Reaper's vocoder and the MDA plug-ins is the way
the routing works.

With the MDA plug-ins, panning your carrier hard right and your
modulator hard left and adding the effect to the track on which both
signals are being received will do it.

With Reaper's vocoder, you have to create a 4 channel track and send the
carrier I'm pretty sure it is to channels 3 and 4.

MDA Talkbox produces more intelegeable

results as well, but it depends what you're going for.
