Ok !!

Please do not think I am Crazy..

You might not hear the changes because I recorded it using my laptop
microphone and the father of them all AUDACITY!!! LOL hahaha.

I check and the problem is not a reaper problem. It seems more a
computer/laptop problem.

Do any one have ideas on turning off background apps or app that should not
be running while reaper is open????

I've never come across this thing of speeding up and slowing down.
Closest thing I've seen is playback becoming jittery and needing to pause to
buffer plugins on systems that I was really taxing or sometimes when using
on board sound.

Out of interest, can you get a recording of it to show us what's happening?
