[Rwp] SWS/S&M keys stopped working

Chris, only an idiot would do that.  And I'm an idiot!  I suspect it 
happened when I installed an update.  What a clutz.

Thanks and now all running as 64 bit.  I knew it didn't make sense and 
checked everything except Reaper itself.
