[Rwp] SWS/S&M keys stopped working

I have been pondering the issue since Scott confirmed that the 64 bit 
version of SWS works on his machine.  From my limited knowledge, the 32 
bit version should work.


The file that works is:

sws-v2.8.3.0-install.exe

The one that does not work on this machine is

sws-v2.8.3.0-x64-install.exe


Given that all systems are go, it isn't a crucial issue but I am left 
wondering what is causing it.
