What happens after you restart jaws. 
Yours isn't even loading the scripts, or insert+q would work.

  Hey Snowman: If you're monitoring the list, I am unable to update the scripts from V8 to V9.  When I press JAWS key plus U, I am informed that the scripts are up-to-date.  Also, when I press Insert-Q, JAWS reports Default settings even though the scripts can compile.
