Re speaking the toggle between stereo and mono, I don't think action
feedback is required for this as there's going to be an audible change
when the keystroke is pressed in most use cases. For my personal use
case, if I'm flipping to mono then it's to listen critically to the
separation between two sources without pan being involved, IE I don't
want my screen reader speaking any more than it has to while I listen.
If you think differently, file an issue on GitHub and let's get some
discussion going.
