[Rwp] Speak toggle master mono, and ReaEq tabs a11y

Hi, firstly a suggestion to Osara: it should speak the toggle master 
mono command, bound to shift+f9. Currently it speaks nothing.

Now an unrelated question: In ReaEq, the only way I found to cycle among 
the tabs which represents the different bands is to use the NVDA 
navigator object to find the tabs object, then enter into it and perform 
the default action on the tab I want to activate. Isn't there a more 
convenient manner to do this?
