[Rwp] setting fx parameters for an fx in a split item.

When i add an effect to the item on OS X i just use the effects interface itself. is this not possible on Windows? If the plug isn’t accessible you can usually hit the UI button in the reaper plug in interface and it puts it in some kind of generic mode that just shows the parameters without the GUI of the plug in itself.
