[Rwp] setting fx parameters for an fx in a split item.

Hi,
Unfortunately this isn't possible in an accessible way.
You can either make the item its own track and add effects to that track
as normal, or you can add the effect you want to a track, configure the
parameters as desired, then add the effect to your item by pressing
shift e, inserting the effect, then pasting in the effect you added and
configured to the track and deleting the first effect you inserted onto
the item.
This sounds very convoluted...that's because it is, but unfortunately
there's no simpler way.
