[Rwp] IRC channel for RWP is up, feel free to join

hi, usually instantbird and IRC chat clients keeps a history of your
chats so you can open them later for review. Sincé its a realtime
system, you should probably all agree upon a time in common ... and it
would be nice to keep those helpful responses archived somewhere if
they arise. I am still up fro a mailing list concept because its just
more organized and sometimes demands a bit less of my atention tan a
live chat.
