[Rwp] OSARA: toggle master track fx not working?

I've just been working around by navigating to master and hitting b on
it. Strange behavior... This works on my desktop machine just fine.
Both 32 and 64-bit plugskies. I'll play around to try and see what
skullduggery is going on, but it's not a big deal for now.
