[Rwp] How to switch MIDI output in Osara

Actually, in the MIDI Devices list, you don't need to do the double 
click to configure it. With OSARA, you can press control+enter instead 
of faffing about with the mouse. It's a total hack, but having to double 
click it annoyed me enough to implement a keyboard command for it.
