[Rwp] OSARA: toggle master track fx not working?

Soime times it's like it comes unlatched and won't work, but then when I 
focus it, focus the master track it seems to fix it.
Usually focusing doesn't matter,
but some times it seems to fix things, like even with volume with 
control shift and arrows.
They usually work, but won't tell you what value it's going to.
