Why not just use Ebu Loudness from ToneBoosters? It's only 20 bucks and supports Lufs.

This is critical if you want to produce broadcast compliant masters for TV, Radio etc. The fantastic news is that this plug-in is in fact accessible. Further more the stand-alone app where you can obtain values for an entire folder full of files and get them out in .txt format is also to some degree accessible. In order to get this you have to firstly register an account at the Pleasurize Music Foundation website:

Making this contribution will give you accesss to an area in your account where you can download the TT Dynamic Range Meter Plug-in and the TT DR Offline Meter Software. Note: the DAW plug-in is 32 bit only however, I have used JBridge in 64 bit Sonar. Using JBridge doesn't interfear with HSC access and anyway JBridge is really cheap. after making the donation it can take a while for this to become active on your account. They will E-mail you with the info once it's live. I think $30.00 per year is well worth the price and I plan to stay an active member and hopefully work with them to say add keyboard support to the stand-alone app. BTW, I have also created an HsC set that you can use in your DAW that reads off meter values, and a second set for the standalone app that can be used to easily open a wav file or scan a folder of wav files and obtain all of the data say for an album that you are mastering in .txt format. There will be a limited charge of £7.50 for these sets due to time taken for creating them and I shall create a page on the Accessibility Training website where you can purchase the sets if necessary.
