[Rwp] OSARA: toggle master track fx not working?

I just updated both Reaper x64 and ReaAccess to the latest versions, and 
still can't bypass master fx, which is interesting, because it worked 
just recently, before I started making edits to this project. I also 
tried with a new project having both 0 and 1 tracks, with one 64-bit 
plugin on the master track with the same result.
Also, I tried both shift+b and just b on the focused master track.
Not sure what broke it.
