[Rwp] OSARA: toggle master track fx not working?

I actually do see this behavior, but not consistently. However, I didn't 
say anything because I'm not running the very latest OSARA. Mine is from 
November sometime.
In fact, this is happening as I am editing a project in Reaper 5.1x64, 
but I was able to toggle master FX just a few minutes ago.
Maybe this works better with the latest OSARA+Reaper, which I am also 
not running. The latest version is 5.111: January 12, 2016
