[Rwp] punch in, and out

If you make a selection the normal way and set recording mode to punch  it will only record in that selected area on the track. 

Otherwise i imagine its as easy as setting a punch in and out marker in the project and pressing record .. same thing it should only record between those markers. You may have to check the action list  to see what the hotkeys are for the punch in and out markers but the previously mentioned  mode should work well.
