[Rwp] keymaps for mac/pc

I experimented with using the same KeyMap across machines and unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work. Modifier keys like the Command, Option, and Control keys don’t get remapped appropriately when switching OS’s to the ALT, Windows, And Control keys.
