[Rwp] Envelopes Again

Take envelopes are separate from track envelopes. Those commands cycle 
through track envelopes. Unfortunately, there's no inbuilt way to cycle 
through take envelopes. I might be able to hack something together for 
OSARA, but I'm not certain. If you want this, file a GitHub issue.
