[Rwp] Envelopes Again

Thanks so much, Justin. Using ReaPitch will also allow me to explore per
item effects. I'm also not sure why the take pitch envelope isn't
showing up. I'll experiment with this a bit more, but will use ReaPitch
in the meantime.
