[Rwp] where to start with Reaper

Hello guys, I hope all of you are doing very well.
My name is Adrián and I’m new to this list.
I’ve installed Reaper just one week ago, and I would like to know
where I can start learning how to use it.
I’ve installed reaccess, but I’m not sure if that is enough, or if I
need to do extra configuration for it to work with the latest version
of Reaper.
I use NVDA and windows 7 just for you to know.
Is there a guide or some documentation I can read to learn how to use
Reaper with screen readers?
I will appreciate any help, I used to use Audacity, but I’m a little
lost with Reaper.
