[Rwp] Creating Envelopes Using The Keyboard

Control l: select next envelope
Control shift L: select previous envelope.
Shift K: Move edit cursor to next envelope point and select it. This is 
an sws action so won't work if you don't have sws installed, but I think 
that, if you don't, everyone should, as it helps as much with 
accessibility as any of the accessibility extensions.

Shift J: Move edit cursor to previous envelope point and select it. 
Likewise an SWS action.

Alt shift e: edit envelope value at cursor.

Control shif I: insert envelope point at current position. This is how 
to do it if you don't want the configuration dialogue to come up.

there is also shift L: View envelopes for current track, which brings up 
a dialogue showing you all the envelopes you can automate for that 
track. This list will increase as you add more parameters from effects, 
sends etc.

The dialogue, while accessible, isn't easy, and so it may be better to 
use the envelopes submenu in the track menu.

there are other automation related shortcuts but these were the ones 
covered in the guide.
