[Rwp] Creating Envelopes Using The Keyboard

Hi all,

Is there a way to insert and edit envelopes using only the keyboard in 
Reaper? This includes tempo envelopes on the master track, pitch, volume 
or pan envelopes on a per project, track or item basis, etc.
