[Rwp] Changing Item Play Rates Without Introducing Clicks

Try growing the edges, some times that works wonders.
Turn on your number pad and play with those.
Short of using stretch markers, I've been able to do all kinds of magic 
with a little patience using that method.
Where you place your split and then which edge you move and trial and error.
Good stuf.
