[Rwp] Where did Midi Access go?

Hi,
I installed reaper ear and activated it.
Ok, there is no documentation, so is difficult to learn how to use, but, 
pressing H there is an help on pressing keyboards.
Unfortunately, can't access menu bar by pressing alt key.
Numeric pad seem to be disabled with reaper 5.11 and windows 10.
In midi editor there is apparently the possibility to play note by note.
With f4 key can't access to action list.
Now I try to write to forum for more informations.
