[Rwp] Off-topic: Does Anyone Have Midi Quest by Sound Quest?

I tried its mac OS version on my mac but could not use it with VO. Therefore, I am still desperately looking for a midi librarian to handle my hardware devices. Could a good reaper plugin do such a job?

Does anyone know whether the program Midi Quest developed by Sound
Quest is accessible?
I'm testing it right now and so far it's pretty good (thanks to NVDA's
screen review). Has anyone had any experience with this program?
