[Rwp] Midi questions

Hi to all,
I'm learning how to use and program midi in reaper.
I need some info:
1) there is a virtual synth I can use? Microsoft gs wavetable won't work 
and it isn't a good synthesizer.
2) I use virtual keyboard, 'cause I don't have a midi keyboard; so, I'm 
wondering if there is a plugin that allows me to create a loop, for 
example an arpeggio  based on C Major chord and I can play it in any 
chords I wan't without creating a loop for each chord I need.
I hope you understand me, my english is very very bad.
