[Rwp] Reaper and a small problem with assigning parameters to the BCF 2000

Hi again list,

With some trial and error, I think I got the BCF 2000 set up as a 
control surface using Klinke. I went into midi devices in the reaper 
prefs and disabled the midi ports and told Klinke to use the BCF 2000 
for its midi in and midi out ports.
The only problem now is that I can't assign parameters to the controls. 
Since midi learn is not usable if I use the bcf as strictly a control 
surface, how do I go about assigning parameters to a VPot control?
