[Rwp] is this an error or just another reaper quirk

By the way, for you guys who aren't following git hub, we just got
another context menu for i/o with alt applications which makes inserting
sends and controling out-puts a whole lot easier.
It's a nice context menu which won't self populate very nice.
Thanks to Jamie for implementing that.
This was apparently possible in reaccess,
and now
is in Osara.
