[Rwp] Reaper and vst plugin window

For iZotop EQ and xNoise, I can do learn mode and learn time in
shift-P dialog. Not sure why yours doesn't work.

As Scott said, you could do this by going into the plug interface
itself and then use tab/shift-tab. If you have your mouse disabled
like myself, or know NVDA object navigation and flat review, you can
achieve the same thing by using NVDA's left mouse click on an object
in the plug interface.
