[Rwp] another osara selection question.

hi, after looking in to this a bit more i can cut and copy selected portions of items just fine but the ability to paste portions of items doesn’t appear to work. Is this a known issue or some thing thats just happening on my system? if other people are experiencing this issue i’ll file a bug on gethub. 

how to reproduce: 

make a selection of some data midi/audio buy setting start/end selection points, then move a few bars along the track. Or you can add a new blank track and try pasting what youve just cut or copied osara should say “nothing pasted”
