[Rwp] another osara selection question.

hi all, I have another osara selection question. 

I've managed to select cut and copy portions of items, but for some reason i can only paste what I've copyd or cut on the same track. when I move to another track and try to paste the data I cut or coppyed osara says “nothing pasted” does any one know what the problem is? am I doing some thing wrong? 

your help with these questions would be really helpful kind regards trey.
