[Rwp] Osara selection problems.

The getting started page of the reaper access.com site has steps on creating a custom action, i didn’t give screen reader specific instruction  but it tells you exactly what you need to click on and etc.  I made plenty of custom action like this for the keyboard ninja keycap i use on OS X.
