[Rwp] Osara selection problems.

I have worked they way I have mentioned for months now and it hasn't
been that problematic really. Put a start marker on bar 2, press page
down, put and end marker in bar 3. And that's it. An exact bar is
selected. If I need to select half a beat of audio, y go tot he osara
configuration, and then zoon in horizontal a bit... and then press
shift plus the cursor keys until it says 50%. that's it. You set your
the accuracy of your shift right arrows by zooming in or out. And just
by listening oer all.

Though here comes a small related question. Sometimes when I scrub
with left and right arrows osara or NVDA starts saying how many pixels
or samples I have been moving since the start of the project, but not
the percentage of the beat I am in, which makes it really difficult.
But then I don't really know what triggers that kind of feedback.
