[Rwp] Osara selection problems.

As far as I know, shift and the cursor keys work, therefore you could
zoom out and move the cursor that way, but it wouldn't be very precise.
Also control alt tab will extend your selection to the next transient so
there must presumably be an action to do the reverse.
You could create a custom action to move forward a given amount, a beat,
a measure or whatever, then drop the time selection marker, basically
combine the actions bound to control page down and alt shift right bracket.
