[Rwp] midi device selecter was in vertule view with Reaaccess but how to get to it with Osara?

hi all, in the Reaaccess virtual view there used to be a kind of midi device selector where you could select a midi Device by pressing the up and down arrows then press enter to make your selection, how do I access this device selector with Osara?
