[Rwp] suggestion to put reaper and osara download link as footer of this mailinglist

I think is a capital idea.
But you can bet you'll still get a bunch of requests how to do it, 
because peole just don't read things.
How many times has someone asked how to unsub from a list when it's 
right there on the footer.
But it's worth trying.
