Hi Chris, to reset item pitch, it's control alt shift dash. Unless this a key stroke that I've added. The command is titled "reset item pitch." Press f4 to get to the actions list, type Reset Item Pitch and tab to the results list. If there isn't a shortcut assigned then you can make one by tabbing to the add button.
Thanks for the information about NVDA beep ommit. That'll be useful.
