[Rwp] Vst plugin parameters and Osara

User friendly (display) values for parameters is a Cockos extension to 
VST, so many plug-ins don't implement this. Because it's a non-standard 
extension, some authors may not wish to do it. Nevertheless, you can 
direct the authors to this page:
http://www.reaper.fm/sdk/vst/vst_ext.php#vst_ext

As for the Parameters dialog not displaying correctly visually, 
realistically, I'd need someone with both sight and development 
knowledge to fix this.
