Did you try the installer that was posted to the list a few days ago? it should install the Osera add on and the keycap. Otherwise Chris Bell is always eager to take some money to do one on one assistance and you seem willing to spend some to support the reaper/osera cause maybe donate some to Mr. Bell for some one on one time?
