[Rwp] OSARA installer

[Scott Chesworth]

An alternative take on this is that the easier OSARA is to get going
with, the more people will make the switch, therefore we get more user
testing and feedback on bugs and suchlike whilst Jamie is still being
compensated for some of his time on the case.
