[Rwp] importing samples and playing them on a keyboard as an instrument

A very useful tool.
Very primitive right now as it can't tell child windows and such, but 
hopefully it will grow.
I have used it to do a couple of things.
I like the mouse movement features, Jamie wrote me a simple mouse movement
thing a while back which I found very useful,
and this takes that concept a step further.
and gives even more control.
Nice indeed.
