[Rwp] Concept for selecting tracks noncontiguously?

On my Reaper, if I press shift+space it doesn't work. If I go into the 
action menù and i click "find shortcut" and then "shift+space", it says 
"shortcut defined, but command not found".
Reaper 5111 64 bit + Osara 64 bit.
How can I solve this?
