[Rwp] Accessible way to manipulate envelopes with Osara and Reaper 5

That's fine, in fact, that's what I want it for, so if I want to pan 
footsteps from left to right, or center to right or whatever. Or, I can 
set up an effect and set up an envelope that goes from bypassed to fully 
active over some time. My thing is that its refusing to select other 
points down the line. And, in some cases, ignoring changes I feed in 
with the ALT SHIFT E menu thing.
