[Rwp] Accessible way to manipulate envelopes with Osara and Reaper 5

Hi, well, it's sort of working. I can show an envelope, select it and
change values. I can't move between the points with Shift J and Shift K,
it just says point 1 or 2. I can insert a point, but moving between them
doesn't work. It's also ignoring the position when I edit. And its
ignoring changes to pan altogether, so far, only volume has done anything.
